You will need to choose "contour," and then deselect all of the snowman's shapes. This will hide the snowman. If that does not work, you will need to upload the file again into design space, and then choose to edit the shape. I always choose "complex," instead of simple. I just do. Then, you can crop out the snowman. Hope this helps.

I'm having trouble making the tear drop the size that I need for my snowman shapes. My snowman shapes are 1.5" x1.5". Can you help me with the size tear drop I need to make it look right and proportional? Thank you so much in advance!!!

I think I have watched every one of your videos now. I love how detailed you are. I just made the first set of earrings today after watching you for weeks. ( my maker just came in yesterday ).

How do you get your earrings to hang straight? They turn to the back a lot, I think I am connecting the fish hook incorrectly?

If contour doesn't work you can always insert a square then just slice the layers & remove what you don't want :)

To remove snowman, click on teardrop/snowman, then click hide contour. You should be able to click on the snowman image and it will disappear? Hope this helps

Place a shape/square over the snowman and slice. You will be able to delete the snowman and just have the background shape.

Could you put the buffalo check upside down to cut, so that the snowmen's scarves are opposite instead of being in the same direction?
