Jamie, I have shrimp and squid problems. If I put lemonade, it ll taste like full lemonade, if I dont, then it ll smell and taste like raw seafood. Any tip?
Also for all frying, please tell us the right flame and oil temperature. I always have problems with this. Argh.

I only have 1 problem with Jamieโ€™s Italian and itโ€™s a huge problem.

Everything is amazing that I canโ€™t choose what to have. Jamie your amazing and so are you staff. But your food is so good I want it all. And for that my friend I hate you . . But only a little bit.

It's a shame as it's probably the only thing worth eating at Jamies Italian. Most of it is pretty shoddy and not very well cooked. Used to be, not anymore. No wonder they business is struggling.
