If you can hide it, you can use an empty paper towel or wrapping paper cardboard roll. Simply slide the unwanted lights section into the roll. I like those black out caps but it's too late for me to get by Christmas, but I will definitely get them for next year. I have large rocks in which can easily hide the cardboard roll. Other option: ELECTRICAL TAPE
