I've just found your channel and OMG!! It's after midnight in New Zealand and I have to be up at 6am to get the chidlets ready for school but I CAN'T STOP WATCHING!! LOL
I love watching cooking n cake decorating vids but for me to really enjoy n subscribe to a you tube-er they need to have the right type of bubbly personality. You're vids are fantastic n you explain things really well.
One dissapointment tho.......you haven't posted for 3 months!! I need more vids lol

I recently got a blue/turquise one from kitchen aid on HSN. It had no bottom coating no rubber padding nothing. After fighting with HSN I gave up,. Its a shame a wonderful brand such as Kitchenaid being besmirched by a giant like HSN. It will ruin the brand which is quality. Bad people working at HSN these days.
This looks great! I have a quick question though. Whenever I bake cookies they always turn out with a very cake like texture and I can't seem to figure out what I'm doing wrong and I always follow the recipe exactly. It would be really helpful to get some tips because I want to make some cookies for the holidays.
