I use Mod Podge to apply craft paper, but I always spritz my paper with water first before mod podging. Then allow to dry completely before trimming or using sand paper on the edges. Never fails, it never bubbles and always comes out flat like it was there to begin with.
The red truck was soooooo cute!!!! Several you tubers must have seen the the same Kirkland’s ad ( Christmas tree). But of course u rocked it more!!! But I loved the new look for the truck!! And my favorite Christmas movie is White Christmas with Bing Crosby abs Danny Kay and the sisters that sing!! Hope u remember that one I forget the sisters name!!!
I hope I can find that green canvas! Where to begin? I loved these! I’ve been needing a way to use up some paint pens! I’m more of a muted traditional decorator at Christmas. There is always so many extra things in the house this time of year and to keep it still looking clean I opt for whites a lot of time.
When I am covering something with scrapbook paper (and I sometimes use wrapping paper, Christmas cards, gift bags, tissue paper, brown paper bags, table cloths, napkins, etc.) I use a glue stick. Mod Podge leaves too many bubbles and wrinkles, even if you spritz the paper with water first. However, I usually go over the top with a light coat of Mod Podge to make sure the project is protected, the edges don't peel up, and to give me either a matte, satin, or glossy finish.
Thank you for all of the great printables and projects and ideas. I love your videos and your style. Plus the music you play isn't annoying, as others' can get monotonous. Thanks for doing such a great job and sharing it all with us!
P.S. My glue gun is over 30 years old! It was the first one we bought back in the 80's when I was in middle school. I have others as well, but the blue one is my favorite and still holding up great!
Hi Nicole, thanks for sharing all these DIY’s I love the planter and the star the most! My favorite Christmas movie is A Christmas Story and Home Alone! My daughter just got into Home Alone last year and it was so fun to see how excited she was . It reminded me of when I first saw it back in the 90’s❤️. I hope you and your family are safe and well!
