I had to switch timezones to visit my family ( 3 hr time difference), not sure if there's a good way to maintain your schedule while also adjusting to the new timezone

How to minimize impact of the night party? It's probably one thing I can't avoid entirely. How much cutting/shifting of core sleep can be tolerated to some extent and how much will definitely ruin the whole thing at once? I actually considering going after my core sleep (that finishes at 4:30), if there's any party left at all, but that's gonna imply missing most of the fun I guess.

In Poland, my winter holidays were offseted, so now I have almost a month of free time from school (23.12.20-15.01.21) My calendar will be filled with to-do lists, routines, time blocks etc.
